SPOTR is a group of single parents who enjoy active lifestyles both with and without their children. But as single parents we all face challenges in finding the time away from our children to pursue our passions for running and physical activity. SPOTRs support one another in these pursuits by providing encouragement and child care sharing to its members. Confidential support group for newly separated or those going through or having gone through a divorce. Groups are held several times a month and facilitated by a certified life coach who also has a masters degree in Psychology and over 10 years experience.

POCWSN = Parents of children with special needs I know many parents that are in need of support, even if it's just a shoulder to cry on. As a mom of a child with ASD and ADHD, I know the frustrations that arise on a daily basis. My goal is to find ways to support one another. I would like to establish play dates, coffee breaks, Parents night out and whatever any one else feels they need.
